I’m not sure about value only because I reached out to Defense Pest Control and other companies and Chris called me back first. I liked what Chris had to say and felt comfortable moving forward and so did not shop around. Chris did not disappoint! He is very knowledgeable and reassuring. He encouraged me to call him at any time (and I did) and he was courteous and calming each time. I did not experience even one bite after the first treatment. Chris and his team made a VERY stressful situation much less stressful. I definitely recommend.
