I spoke with 5 different companies before settling on Defense for our issue. Scott is incredibly professional and very timely. He gave me all the information I needed before I had even agreed to have someone out. After speaking with Scott, it was apparent that he is a true expert in this type of work. It was very comforting to know the person taking care of these types of things is an expert in the field. He had someone out to us same day. Cody, the representative on our account, was on time and very understanding. He was patient with all of our questions and made the process very easy for us. Follow ups were effortlessly scheduled, and Cody was on time and very efficient during each visit. They took care of our problem, and were very supportive throughout the process.
